I HAVE DECIDED TO BUY A BLACK STREET GLIDE WITH FUEL INJECTION AND SECURITY SYSTEM. I AM LOCATED IN ATLANTA. I HAVE GOTTEN OTD PRICES FROM SEVERAL DEALERS WITH PRICES RANGING FROM $20,100-$20,400. I ALSO RECEIVED A QUOTE FROM A DEALERSHIP IN ALABAMA FOR $19,606 OTD. ARE THESE PRICES TOO HIGH OR ABOUT RIGHT FOR THIS TIME OF THE YEAR WITH THE 2007'S ARRIVING LATE JULY? HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE PAYING? HELP !!!! THANKS.
I just bought a 2006 Street Glide carbed with security system for 18,200 delivered from a dealer in Il. They said '07 wouldn't be around till maybe Aug.
i just paid $18,XXX for a new 06 Road King Classic (f/i, alarm)... came to just about $20K even with tax, tag transfer and extended warranty. they waived the ~$600 'set up' fee if the warranty was purchased.
they have a cobalt and a black street glide on the floor now.. selling for MSRP.
I just purchased a 06 SG in Black Pearl ...fuel injected ... security system and wheel upgrade ... I paid MSRP for my bike plus a small set up fee ... remember when you get an "out the door" price that if its a quote from an out of state dealer you will still have to pay sales tax when you buy your tag ... you can call Chris Reeves at Rocket Harley Davidson in Huntsville Alabama 1-256-340-7333 if you want to buy a new 06 Harley at MSRP ...also I hear from a pretty good sorce that all Harley's for 07 will have the new emmision controls which I am sure will impede the performance and the sound ...
Rad from CC, sold my chopper and just bought a factory ride last week. Sell your chop yet? Seems like a good group here, CC was getting too weird for me.
THANKS FOR THE INPUT ON THE PRICES. WILL THERE BE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO THE 2007'S ? I'M THINKING IF THEY ARE STILL SELLING THE 06'S AT MSRP THEN I SHOULD JUST WAIT FOR THOSE TO COME OUT. WHAT'S THE FORUMS TAKE ON THAT THOUGHT?
