Base decal
Get one of those magnetic Amer flags (or any magnetic sign) that go on cars and cut it to the exact size as the base decals. Place it on the upper fork or a flat surface (like a wind deflector). On and off in two seconds. If putting it on the forks, you may have to preshape it around something cylindrical.

Sheet metal or aluminum sheet cut to size. Bend edge in a vice, drill holes and fit on brake caliper bolts, left hand side. Cost less than a buck or two.
Seen guys put the stickers on small heat shields attached to the crash bars with hose clamps thru the back of the shield and clamped around the bars.

Damn fine Idea....
what i did was to take a clear plastic bottle, cut the top and bottom off then split down the middle. wrapped it around my crash bar, and held in place with zipties. worked great, never had anyone give me any grief over it, and easy enough to remove if you are going somewhere you don't want to be identified as military.
thankfully, they have not been checking for stickers lately. haven't had mine on in over a year.

[QUOTE=bwana1;5602402]On FT Belvoir they would be at the gate observing... Probably checking for DUI's. Rent a guard cannot stop people who are drunk... Not in their "Statement of Work".
Not allot of bases that still require them, but what I did was stuck them to a plastic bottle, cut around them and then would slid it between my windshield on the inside facing me. Pull up to the gate, and point to it there. Did that for a couple of years before I retired. Kept it in my bag, pulled it anytime not on base, worked great.
