You will...I added the 1" extenders and couldn't believe the difference in the comfort and more relaxed seating position.

I have the fronts and really like the idea that I can put my feet on the board on the shifter side in comfort going to order the passengers next

Harley Goodies extensions are by far the most cost effective and simple mod I ahve added to my bike. The comfort is unparalleled. From reading about them I thought they might be useful, but once they were added I realized how much of a difference they make. They are well worth the minimal price in my book any day. They will be the first mod on every bike I get from now on. Add in free shipping and a unparalleled customer service from Tom, and you have much more than a winning combination. You have a formula for success no matter how you toss it. There is now way you can lose as he will take them back AND refund your money if you are not happy, and pay the return shipping too. The original floorboard extensions is still the best in my book.

Wow, it seems these extensions are quite a hit around here. They were derived as a simple, inexpensive mod to give your more room for your feet. Most people seem to say that they should be included on the bike stock. We are hoping that they will be included as a stock item one day soon.

Did I read correctly that they extend the boards "out" or do they extend them forward?

Yes, its $40 for some bolts and spacers, but we've all spent more than that on something that adds no additional comfort whatsoever. I have 1" on the rider and passenger, and its one of the best mods from a comfort standpoint i've done.
