Both HD and Jagg are good choices. I haven't tried the cooling fans...don't really need them with my type of riding. I installed the HD cooler with synthetic oils and my bike runs about 10-15* cooler and I'm happy. No problems to date with them.
i use this http://www.ultracoolfl.com/ i live in az i have a ultra and ride to up through the mountains around me. at 115degs on the highway it stays at 230
sitting idling in traffic at 110 it climbed to 237ish i have had it on for 5k summer miles. its one of the best things i got for my bike.
i have done some write up`s just do a search for them
Is a oilcooler worth the investment? Which cooler is best, Jeggs? HD?Other? Any comments on a oil cooler fan?
I have the HD Premium oil cooler on my Ultra and I'm very pleased with it. I run Amsoil synthetic in the 3 holes and this helps too.
I don't have a cooling fan. I don't see the need cause I rarely sit in bumper to bumper situations and I don't do parades either.
