I am getting an intermitent hesitation , been trying to find a common theme on when it occurs but only seems to happen when at 20-22K rpm, not dependent on gear I am in. Notice it to be when either getting into the throttle (not hard) from the 20-22k or letting off the throttle at this same rpm. Tried new plugs and no effect

I would recommend lowering your RPMs from Formula 1 revs to something a little lower.
Actually, I'm not sure the Space Shuttle has that many RPMs!!
(Sorry, I just couldn't resist)

I would be interested in what people say as well. My bike "skipped" once last week and again last night. It seems to run fine and than cut-out for a second and pick right back up (much like you describe). I was thinking it could have picked up some water with bad gas, but I am not sure.

It is not throwing any codes.
I just put some Chevron Techron additive in my present tank of gas to see if this might help. I will ride up to Reno's Steet Vibrations tomorrow to see if this solved it.
Please let me know if you come across a cause as your description is exactly what I am experiencing.
