Trouble with SERT software

Trouble with SERT software
I hope some one can help me out here. I have an 07 FLHX with SERT V 462 software. I now have two maps that will not open. I just had my bike tuned at my local HD shop and the tech copied the finished map for me. I tried to load it into my race tuner and I get this message.
Unsupported File Type Detected
This file was developed for a different tuning mode application and is not compatible with this soft ware. File type HD-V176
This is a MT6 file but still will not open.
Is there something I can do to get this file to load? Is there some way to update my software?

this is where I loaded mine from and it works with my SERT on my 08 just fine. I believe it's the latest version for the SERT.
