HK radio question!

I have just noticed my HK radio will revert back to the AM function from the CD function, when the ignition switch is turned off and then back on. Does anybody have this problem with their Ultra radio?

My SG doesn't do that but every once in a while it will decide that it doesn't like the burned CD I have in there and after a song will switch to AM mode. It happened enough that I just went and bought an Ipod holder and use that now.

My radio always goes back to where I left it. CD to Cd. Am to Am. and Fm to Fm.

There have been times when left overnight that mine will be on FM when I start the bike in the mourning, after I shut it off with the CD player on. And when it's real cold, the CD will change track during the first song when I first ride, but I figured that could be that the disc foggs up after I take it out of a warmer environment.
