I took my 2010 Limited in for the 1000 mile service the other day. They washed the bike after the service and the radio quit working on the way home. As I started to ride it away i saw water coming out around the radio. The radio was cutting in and out and then just completely went out and will not turn on. They said to wait a day or two to see if it would work after it dried it out. If not they would replace the radio. It still isn't working so they'll be replacing it. Tech guy said they have frequent problems with radios and have had to replace many of them.
