I think it's goofy BS Mainly Scandanavian vehicles have day time running lights, the head lights at lower wattage.No where in Europe are lights at night dimmer.
European Harley's since 07 on Twin Cams have had a flap in one exhaust pipe and the air intake, the idea is less noise. On baggers the left muffler has a smaller outlet hole.

Whatever happened to "plain english"? Guess it "sounds" better to use doublespeak and a lot of adjectives in the description??/ Huh?
