Default shift linkage thread size?

I picked up a harley billet shift linkage for cheap but it didn't have any hardware. It was just the adjustable shift rod and rod ends. What is the proper size bolt and thread count needed for the threaded shift lever? I figured I would pick up some stainless steel hardware but I'm not sure what I need. It looks like a fine-thread 5/16" but needed some validation.
thanks.

It's 5/16 24 and I don't think you'll find it in stainless, just get the chrome fr. HD, 1" for back which just screws in and 1 1/4" for front if you are going to use an acorn nut. While your at it you might as well tighten up the back trans. shift lever with a 5/16-24 1" regular hex bolt. You can tighten it down alot better than the allen that is in there. Had a buddy with 08 that the trans lever just fell off with only 12k miles on it. Also take your shift lever bolts out and retighten them w blue locktight on everything except the jam nuts that adjust on the shifting rod.
