I did a cam upgrade last winter I used a Head Quarters HQ500 cam in my bike and I am very pleased with the results. The bike runs WAY better than it did, it sounds WAY better than it did, it has no starting problems like so many 103's have, in doesn't bang anymore on start ups like before, and I think 90 HP and 93 lbs of torq are pretty impressive for a 96" engine with just a cam, a set of FatCats, air cleaner and a good tune with a SERT.
My bike hauls ***, this winter I'm going to do the 49T ring gear that Evolution sells and I think I'm going to be happy with this combo for quite a while.
I don't think the Harley 103" kit is that impressive for what it costs, it only gets a little more torque than my set up and usually less HP.
jag I know your bike runs good and all but I think your leaving a little on the table as well, that afr line could be cleaned up alot and I'll bet more suds could be pulled out of that puppy and you'd be even happier, not bashing you just making a observation.
Agree your numbers are very good! But not all H-D StageII 103" assemblies are created equal:
WVULTRA, is this dyno chart your bike? could you tell me a little more about the bike like is it a 96" or 103" is it a CVO? and what parts exactly did you use for the build?
I am doing some research on the upgrade that I want to do, and that chart is reaaaly impressive!

No crap! There is only 1 dyno within 500 miles of where I live and the dyno guy thinks he's a GOD and is a bid of a pain in the *** to deal with. Someday I'll take a trip up to Portland and I will make an apointyment with Latus Harley and have them tune it AGAIN.
