Question Repacking your exhaust
Has anyone repacked their exhaust with new wrap? My Bassani pipes are way too loud after 45k, I would like to repack them but I'm not sure what the best material to use is. Any suggestions? Thanks

If you do a search here,there are a lot of posts.
Someone suggested using fiberglass matt instead of the conventional mat'l.

I used fiberglass cloth (not the matt, it will not work) that i picked up at ACE. Comes in a little bag and i used 1 for each pipe. I folded the sheet over 2 times and rolled the baffle with it. Used masking tape to secure it. It will outlast the packing material.

My mistake!
The matting is not the same as the cloth,it will fall apart.
