Default Gas

I heard yesterday of a gas station in the little town of Cresson
where there is a race track where sports cars and bike run. Was
told the station has 100 and 110 oct unleaded and 109oct leaded.
Thinkin about trying one of the unleaded fuels in the bike. What
do you guys think?

Well it won't hurt anything but if your looking for big HP gains it won't happen unless you have a motor with high compression. It may make it run cooler that is about it.

Would only make sense if you have a bike with the compression and HP that can utilize the extra octane. Otherwise, just wasting money IMO.

No power gains but it sure smells good when burning.

There's a gas station near the entrance of the Cherohala Skyway in NC selling 110 oct gas for high comp engines. $7/gallon. Thanks but I'll pass.
