Default Oil bleed while cranking???

i picked up another bike yesterday. it sat for about a year and had a dead battery. i charged the battery and am able to get it to cranks. it almost started when i noticed it was bleeding oil out of the air cleaner while it cranked.

anyony know why it would do this. its a 91 88ci ultra classic with 12k miles on it. as soon as it cranks it bleeds oil out of the bottom of the air cleared.

thanks!

Read THIS thread and it will explain some things for you. It's common for that to happen after an older model bike has sat for awhile.
