Primo...a couple of quick questions about your setup. How is the sound? Looking for good performance boost without being too loud (live in a family type neighborhood). Also, I'm amazed already how much better my gas milage is with the SG compared to my dyna. Did you take a big hit on milage with your setup?
Have you heard the V&H Ovals? They sound a little rat a tat to me. That's just my opinion though! My sugestion would be to listen to some before buying. If you like the sound then go for it.

They sound great (IMHO) and several of the guys I ride with run the same setup.
They are loud enough when accelerating hard but I can hear my stereo comfortably at 80 mph no problem.
Definitely nowhere near drag pipe levels. With 1 being stock muffs and 10 being drag (open) pipes I'd say they are about a 4.5 when it comes to volume.
As far as mileage I think I may have lost 2-3 mpg at the most.
Just hang out at a dealer BBQ or whatever. Someone will have this setup. They are very popular, at least in So. Calif.
