When I picked up the 09 Street Glide I actualy got 2. Salesman gave me one while going over the owners manual and such. When we got to the bike he opened one of the saddle bags and there was another one there. He said keep em both.

Yes. I think a tool kit and a headset are both standard issue on Ultra's.

Yes, I did. 08 SG I also received a battery tender with the harness already installed. Every little bit helps!

Yep! 09 Ultra and got a tool kit, Headset and inserts for the bags and tourpak.

Bought 'The King' used from a rental fleet.
It did not have a tool kit and I don't carry one.
I have 30K+ miles and no breakdowns.
