Default What is this connector for?
green circle is accessories
blue circle is constant power
what is the red circle connector for?
it connects to an empty jacket (also circled red).

I believe one connets to the antenna for the security system. If equipped it will lay beside the ECM.

The empty jacket just protects it while not being used. I believe it is a live feed controlled by the accessory switch.

not a live feed. i have checked

Hmmm... I bought the cigarette lighter that plugs into it (and put it in my tourpak) and it is turned on or off by the acc switch. And we have the same bike.... Ignition must be on as well.

I agree. Ignition and switch must be on for power.

Can't really tell from your pic but I think you're looking at the data port that HD techs use to diagnose problems.
