DFO problem?
I have an 06 RK Classic that has just had the injectors replaced. I put on Rinehart TD, Ness Big Sucker and a DFO. I am getting back firing from the pipes and occasionaly from the air cleaner. My indy repair guy can't get it to stop. Would a PCIII and dyno tune help?
He said the bike is now to rich and he can't lean it up with a DFO (DFO's down side).
Other than that, the bike runs alot smoother and sounds great.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Backfiring through the air cleaner is too lean. The DFO is a good unit, you do have to mess around with it to dial it in properly. If you go to the Doebeck Performance website there is a forum to help you tune. www.techlusion.com
In the mean time try running the following settings g=2:3 y=4:30 r=3:00 and rpm=7:00
This should help you out.
