Thanks for the information. I'm caught between operating systems. Had older version of XP w/o SP2 and couldn't get an older version of Super Tuner ('08) software to run on my computer. Just picked up a computer with Windows 7 and can't get it to run either. I'm thinking that there is something wrong with the disk from the dealer. I'm going to get a updated version of the SE tuner software and see what happens.
my lap top meets all the requirements for the download, i shutdown the screensaver, turned off the power down, but after installing for awhile, i get microsfot net.framework 3.5sp1 failed. it can be loaded on my older style dell desktop, short of moving my desktop to the garage, any help out there. i have no info for tech help on the disk

Based on the above error, you may want to download and try installing the Microsoft .NET 3.5 SP1 framework manually, then try installing your software again. You can get that installation software here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...9-81da479ab0d7
Got the new SE software and loaded it without problem in Windows7. Was able to load maps from dyno tunes in '08.
The SE software disk the dealer gave me after the 95" build must have been bad.
Interesting, I've had a flat spot in a specific RPM range following the build. Also, bike just never felt right. Now, that I can load and look at the map, I think that I've located a couple of problems. Will be interesting to change those values and see what happens!
