Are you bored with your bike? Personally, I never go to a dealer and even glance at the new bikes. I think you have new bike envy. It's easy to cure. Stay off here and ride yours
If you buy it, ride it back and forth in front of leohd's house. He's got a case of the fugly-itis something fierce
lol...Leohs is getting over thr fugly thing, I always thought they were the fugliest bikes hd ever produced...it's just another weird fad, when the fad goes away you will have the fugliest bike hd ever made. you have a great looking bike keep it...with a road glide it's like you can put lipstick on a pig but well it will always be a pig..stick with your hog
JMO
Guys thank you. That was a close call, I am keeping the SG. I just can't put myself through waiting on another seat to be modified to fit my azz again, if I could take the seat off the SG with me and put it on the RG I would do it but you all know how those seat guys are...LOL

Smart move.... as the "all-knowing" LEOHD says.... them things is FUGLY.... and a fad.... which will soon play out.
I sure hope so... used to be, you'd see one ever 148 bikes (yes, I counted), now they're EVERY where.
..ok..here's why you shouldn't do it..1st of all..you'll have to put a 21" wheel and extended hardbags on it, and denim black (WTF is that?) is all wrong..you'll have to get the shiny new red one I'm afraid..dem road glides is the only good looking bike Harley makes anymore..
Well is it a WANT or a NEED lol ? Seems my WANTS always outweigh my NEEDS and especially when it comes to a new scooter.. of course then there is the financial side of things and starting over again with mods and what not. Only something you can decide on that's for sure but you've got one hell of a great looking bike now.
The wife and I rode up to the local dealership this past Saturday and there she was Black Denim Road Glide Custom...OMG that is one bad azz bike. Then to make matters worse I had a local guy make a pretty good offer on my Street Glide. So, guys I need your help. Talk me out of selling my scoot to buy a new one. I have a pretty good list of reasons not to sell but that RG is so sexy...please help!
SOme delima that is! LOL If thats your SG in that pic...I would keep it a long long time! I have an 06 thats coming along and will joined by a new 2010 vcitory Cross Country. No way I could sell yet..Buy the RG and have 2...you know you want to!
The Black Denim paint would have been enough to turn me off. ...........It just looks like a really good primer job . Actually, I'm not a fan of any of the denim paint jobs so don't pay any attention to me. ............ Ya got a REALLY nice bike right now too!!
