I am on my third HD since 96 - all have had the Corbin - last two I went to the Corbin factory in Hollister and had the seat made to fit ME and my Wife, while we waited there. Our seat fits us to a "T". My current ride is a FLHTCI and we have just over 50K on this bike. Our last ride was 2500 miles in about 8 days - that was in Sept. May,June we rode with www.rftw.org CA to DC and back - we took the long way home, 7400 miles and 28 states - averaged only about 350 miles a day... LOVED the seat..

I love the Dual Tour and the heat come in handy during the colder months.
My wife is not crazy about the passenger seat and she especially does not like the flap for the backrest. I don't use the backrest often because I can never get it adjusted comfortably. I like the HD backrest much more.
I still have my Tallboy seat and might just swap it out when she comes for a ride.

Harley0711, How great that must be getting the seat custom fit. It surely does add a bit more of extra comfort. How I wish for that option, well there will always be more bikes and more seats.

This isn't the Dual Tourer but does the same job.

Here it is without the passenger pillion.

I have a Corbin Classic Solo and a Touring Passanger Pillion in production in production at Corbin. But I see some extra screws in yours thats aren't in the ad photos.

One fwd of the lock and the other back near the finder support.

Those screw holes are for the optional seat rail. I did not order the seat rail - it just came with the screw holes.

Which Corbin seat is on your bike?? And what year? I really like the looks of yours but do not see it on their website.

Thanks,
Ben

It's a Corbin Classic Solo with Touring Pillion & Oval Backrest on a 2008 SG. The leather is genuine imitation alligator - baby for the main part and large for the insert. In case you don't know, you can choose the leather covering and they will mail you samples. The passenger backrest is HD.

Thanks for the info. I thought so but didn't look into the seat material far enough. I really like that seat and material.
