If it was shipped, check the battery, some companies disconnect them.

If the alarm is armed, then when you move the bike the turn signals will flash. When you say you have no power do you mean no lights or indications at all? You should have a little red flashing light (red key symbol) on the speedo. No lights at all means you have an electrical problem not just a problem with the alarm. In the owners manual for my 07 softail it uses 31313 as an example PIN and that is the PIN for my bike, so I assume that is a factory default. Here's how to disarm with the PIN. Turn IGN key on and immediately hold both turn switches in until 5 dashes appear in odometer window. Enter first digit of code by pressing left turn 3 times then press right turn once. Then press left turn once then right turn once. Left turn 3 times right turn once. Left turn once right turn once. Left turn 3 times right turn once. etc. etc. You want to end up with 31313 in the odometer window. Turn the run switch on and the bike should start. You don't have a lot of time between entries so be ready to go when you start. There is no way of removing the alarm system so if this doesn't work, you'll have to go to the dealer. hope this helps.

Probably not the security system, lights should come on even if the security system is activated and turn signals will be flashing. Might be battery or main fuse.
