Cool

I really hate to say it but the Harley hybrids are pretty good. extremely lite and the head piece is removable to wash.

I have a GMAX and the coolmax liner really works good for me and is very comfy. It also has some top vents that help a bit.

Ditto. I do miss my Midnight Flame II helmet from Harley. It was a KBC helmet. The hybrid is lighter. That Bell may not be quite as aerodynamic as some of the helmets mentioned so far. That, along with the short shield may be working against you.

You could shape the inside of your HCI helmet until it matches the shape of your head. It's only a styrofoam type material and can be grated away with a bastard file.
The ZOX helmets I have tried in the past have a problem with paint. In direct sun light, the paint gets tacky, even months after I bought them. I tried sanding away the factory paint and repainting it but the new paint became tacky too.

Flat file?
ConCave interior of Helmet?
I'm trying to visualize that.
I want to shape the interior of mine as well, but I need some help on a useable tool.

I checked them out too. Nice lightweight but only came w/Skull. Opted for the ACC Headtripper. Best I've owned. I actually forget I'm wearing it. They also have a "No questions asked" return policy.

ACC carbon fiber. Lightest most comfortable half helmet around. A discount for forum members too. http://www.carbonfiberhelmets.com/
