Picked up my new 2005 Road King Classic in lava red. [sm=happy046.gif] Pictures are on the way shortly. Dealer gave me a leather key chain and the 1,000 bike check up is free. Only problem is to get service now they are making appointments for end of July because they are so backed up. I sold an '86 Low Rider to get this bike. Not sure if I like riding with the windshield yet or not. It seems like it's right in my line of vision. Already took the stock seat off of it and put a solo seat on. Have a set of Rineharts that are waiting to go on next.

I put a 4 in. lower windshield on my bike. I think it's a little to short. I'm going to cut 2 inches off my old one and try it, should have done that first. Oh well, you live and learn.

I agree...RK's are awesome. I like the stock windshield...but at 6'5" I look over the top of it.

Nothing like the King of the Road, nice retro styling, fits and rides like an easy chair. Its a work of art.
