Default Lighting ideas?

I just added extended bags and a new fender cover to my roadking. Also added the bullet style light bar. Also lost the lower running light in the process. Now I only have the tail light, and I'd like to light up the rear a little more to make me a bit more visable. I'm gonna add the modulator so that the turn signal bar will become running lights, but I'd also like something at the bottom of the fender. I don't want to add something that's gonna take away from the look of the fender though. Is there something I can maybe mount on the backside of the bottom of the fender so that the light shines downward? Or do ya'll have other ideas that may work well, install easy, and not look like crap?

on my wish list is doing basicly the same type of bags you have going on there (color matched to the bike) and I am going to get rid of my turn signals (also I already have the modulator installed that you are talking about)
and flush mount some lights on the back side of the bags. Will work as turn - brake- and running lights.
I just haven't found the style of light that catches my eye yet.
I will lose a little room inside the bags due to the business end of the new lights being in there, but it will be worth the trade off in looks (I HOPE)

An LED strip across the bottom of the fender would look clean. Radiantz makes them to all lengths. With a splitter, the LEDs are run/brake.

If you have any good custom shops in the area ,they can probably make a flush mount LED of your design.

Did you use the H-D modulator, DZLDR? Or is there another alternative?

The flexible LED strips from Radiantz may be a good answer, gunnert. Thanks for the tip.

Heathen, I'm trying to do all this myself. Can't see paying a shop if I can help it. Gonna have to pay a painter as it is.....

YES, I used the H-D Modulator.
hardest part was getting my fat *** up to get a beer after I finished putting it in. Bout 5 minutes
I am sure there are other alternatives, however the H-D is just plug -n- play

I got the H-D one from a forum member and installed it last night. Made a huge difference and only took minutes to do. The best $25 I've spent lately.

Take a look at the saddlebag lid lights from harley. Plug them in the harness no cutting wires. You do have to drill some holes. They are running lights and brake lights. I did see somebody also make them turn signals but you would have to cut wires to do it
