Well I just talked to the dealer that changed my tires at my own expense 6 weeks ago and also talked to the MOCO today twice once before and once after I sent my faxed information in on getting reimbursed for my tire purchase. The person from the MOCO said I would know something in a couple of days. Hopefully I can at least get 50% back since the tire still had plenty of wear left if it had not been cupped and vibrating so bad. I will keep you posted on the results.
Dawg-Thanks again for all the great information you provide this forum. If you ever make it out to the left coast look me up and I will buy you a few drinks!

The letter is dated November 4th so my guess would be it was sent out in todays or maybe Fridays mail which would mean most people would not see it until next weeks mail of couse that is just my two cents.
Thank you again i printed the info out and took it to my dealer asked if he knew about harley replacing the 407 tires for the 408 tire and he said he knew something was going on. I showed him what i had and he checked tread depth. Looked to see what they had in stock they only had one so i had them change my wifes tire.and when they get more in he will let me know. I thought that was good service.
Thanks, dawg !. Printed out the info and took it over tov the dealer. They looked at the tire and said, "100% replacement". Asked them about the rear tire and it's cupping problem. They couldn't do it since there's nothing from the MOCO so they'll stick with the front tire for now. I'll need to make an appt. ASAP.
