Front Tire Rear Tire
+ 1 San Jose Harley told me of the bulliten...11.5.2009
11.11.2009 will have me a new front tire. I have 9,875 miles..
I'm going to first call Dunlop..........then call Mother Harley.
All Motorcycle tire manufactures "Recomend" to change out both front and rear tires to the SAME tire type and Model....
Why would Dunlop allow us to run 2 diffrent tire types ?

I guess they made the rules, so they can rewrite them! They are also trying to dig themselves out of a hole.

My guess is they get to sell you two tires instead of one.
My son is running two different models of tires on his bike, has been for a few months now, and on my other bike two different makes, no problems, I think the real problem might be if you run a bias on say the front and a redial on the rear or visa versa.
