I just had my 3rd Harmon Kard installed on my 08 RG and hopefully 3rd time is a charm as they say.
1st issue was backlight went out.
2nd was the screen blanked out..still had sound just screen went on and off.
3rd yet to be seen.
What bugs me is we spend 20K plus on these things and they cant even get a decent radio to have installed. Is harmon Kard trying to go out of business?

Nor the tires, wheels, exhaust, air cleaner, seat, windshield, etc etc etc. Welcome to the world of having to upgrade everything that really matters to you
Have had 0 problems with my HK so far, but I feel your pain. Have dealt with HK before on a non HD radio problem and their customer service is good but I think they use the cheapest chinese subcontractors they can to manufacture their stuff , rather replace it than spend a little more on better quality control.
