Do all touring model purchases come with HD tools? I have a 09 Road King and while visiting a HD dealer other than my own I was told that I should have been given tools which would have been inside the sidebags and this is standard on all touring models!! anyone familiar? I am going to my dealer later today to inquire, thanks

 

I didnt get any with my 09 and have never heard of anyone getting them. Let us know if I was supposed to.

 

I know the ultras and egc's did. I know of a lot of friends with road kings and road glides that didn't get them. I don't know what they are doing now, this was a few years back. Wouldn't surprise me if none come with them now.

 

Let you know later, dealer made a point and salesperson said that where she worked prior was the same.... interesting

 

I got a tool roll set issued with my 09 ultra, and was told it's standard issue by my dealer. My buddy got one when he bought his 08 ultra last year as well, and it's just exactly like mine. The only thing I had to buy (which I think should have been standard as well) is the $40 hand pump for the shocks.

I got them when I took delivery of my 08'. From what I understand my dealer gives them with every touring model purchased.

 

I got some with the '10 Street Glide.

 

I got them with my 09 Street Glide.

 

my 2010 ultra limited came with them
