This problem just started and mainly when the engine is cold, intermittently cuts out on start out during acceleration. After the engine warms up, only happens occasionally. Is there a sensor i could check and if so which one??

I had the same problem with my 06 UC. I had the 8 degree injectors changed out with the 24 degree injectors (I think 24 degree it has been so long) because of a service bulliten that came out. HD replaces them free if you tell them it is a safety issue. I told them that mine would stall when I was pulling out into traffic. Only happened when mine was cold. Do a search for injectors.

 

Same here, would run nice if the outside air was 60 or above, run terrible if cool outside. Got rid of the 8 degree injectors, ran like a new bike.
