My friend has a 2003 Classic with the 88 ci engine. It is fuel injected. The person he just bought it from has the HD 1540 downlaod/card in it. It has the SE breather and Vance & Hines slip ons with 2" baffles. Fuel Moto does not have a map for this combo. Does anyone have a custom map they would be willing to share to save him the Dyno money? Also Does anyone know why someone would put this downlaod in without the 95" kit and what is it doing to the afr?

In your situation I would highly recommend getting your ECM flashed back to stock by a dealer. This is a very simple process and because it is not a stage download is it labor only and most dealers charge as little as $30.00. If you have a calibration for a 95" build in an 88" bike the ECM's lookup tables and strategies are all wrong, there is no way to predict the results and you will be essentially reverse tuning with the Power Commander.

 

You guys rock. We had Brian (I think) on tyhe phone with this last week. The dealer told my friend he had the 95" kit and "after further review" we determined he doesn't have it.
