i bought a 1'x3' sheet of yellow vinyl for headlight use on eBay for $8. it can be cut and installed on 3 or 4 sets of lights depending on the size. i did the driving lights on my jeep and the high beams on my Titan PU. haven't gotten around to doing my 09 RK yet but i intend to.
pretty effective for cheap. also wearing yellow lensed shooters glasses ($5 at Walmart) will let you see farther down the road.
