I used the Native Bagger kit. Easy to install.
Carefully grind the top of the rivets flat in the center.
Drill the rivet out so it pops the head off. The stock bracket will come out.
Mount the Native brackets on the bike, fit the fender, mark where holes go in plate.
Remove all items, drill brackets, paint brackets, screw to fender, mount fender...ALL DONE
The Native bagger kit says you need to weld them in.. Is this not necessary?
Yes, they are a weld in kit. I have purchased two complete fenders from Native Customs, great quality, nice company, but in both cases, I was painting the bike anyway...
Just lowered my fender over the weekend using the kit from bitchinbaggers....very simple to do. I took lots of pictures but forgot my camera cable at work. The instructions are spot on, making the install enjoyable. No welding or painting involved. If you end up using this kit, PM me and I'll give you a tip on the install.

I think that the Native Customs looks cleaner. No Clunky looking bracket overlapping the fender bottom. Looks to be about the same amount of work to install though. Not difficult, but definitely time consuming.
