Looking for suggestions on a an intercom system while riding. Would like to be able to listen to the radio and talk to the passenger. Anyone got somethign to suggest?
I just purchased a pair of IMC Motorcom's for half helmets. I have not used them on the road yet, but the headsets music and intercom sounded pretty good in the driveway with the engine at idle. I'm sure they will work fine at speed. You might look into J&M also, as I've read some favorable reviews on their headsets.
Autocom's system worked the best for me, if you don't mind wires it's a good unit. There's another one that's wired as well I think it's Starcom that looked like a good unit as well and should perform very good.
I tried one of those bluetooth type, I don't remember the brand right now, it's not the IMC one though. They worked OK I just didn't like the time lag from when I started talking to when it actually hooked up to the wifes unit.
