Interesting... I tried a snopes search before ever posting to this and came up with nothing and that is why I posted the newspaper article. Well at least the boy should get a flood of cards that will hopefully give him hope that there are plenty of good hearted people in this world.

Claim they don't know how the story got so wrong about his condition.
