What kind of failure?

Failure to start?
Failure to idle?
Failure to run smooth?

PC was very helpful with my PCIII problem.
I only have 500 mile on the PCV, perfect so far.

IMHO you have some other issue ie bad connection?

I hope you get it figured out. That sure is a sweet looking bike for you to have to PUSH! LOL..

I too would be inclined to think something else is going on. Any DTC's to report? Voltage fluctuations going to and from the PCV? Keep us informed!

Bike will only start with throttle applied, runs about 3 seconds even if you try to rev it up

I started having problems with mine shortly after installing it. The Harley dealer said it was the PCV. Jaime said no way it was the PCV. The next week it went out completely and Jaime replaced it. Have not had a problem since.

Can you log-on the PCV with your PC and check the map ?

Does the PCV light up, with the ignition on ?

Remove the PCV and re-connect in stock configuration. Does it still act up? If so, check the pins on the connectors, as if one or more are bent it can cause errant behavior.

PCV failures are rare, and having two bad ones right out of the box sounds very odd to me.
