Meancitycycles.com Took the streetglide seat that i bought for my 09 Ultra and they made it way more comfortable than it was stock. A lot cheaper than some aftermarket seat that still wont be as comfortable. my 2 cents.
I had the one piece Mustang seat on my 2001 Road King that i just traded in on an 2009 Utra Classic. I am planning on getting another one piece Mustang seat for this one too. I can ride all day and have no issues with that seat. I find it to be very comfortable.
As someone mentioned, too bad HD changed the way the seat mounts on the frame or else I would have taken the one off the road king and put the stock one back on before trading it in. Oh well....
I have an 08 SG and as others have said, I bought an 08 RoadGlide seat on ebay for 52.00+ shipping. I immediately sent it to Mean City for their double padding upgrade /single for passenger, and I now have a really custom seat on my SG that is truly comfortable and looks great. Passenger pad on the RG seat is 2" wider than the SG seat and more tapered up front so it doesn't spread your legs out which is great for under 6'ers. In a few years when it starts to look a bit worn, I will probably just get it recovered back at MCC with possibly leather this time and will once again have a new comfortable seat for much less than you would pay for a corbin or other AM company. Best bang for the buck in my opinion.
My suggestion is ANY aftermarket seat is better than an HD seat. I had meancity customize a seat for me. I bought a sundowner and it was, for me anyway, a downer. The mustang/corbin debate is like ford/chevy. I don't know where you live but I was fortunate enough to have the corbin factory over in ormond beach fl. I drove over there and was able to install their various seats on my bike and ride around. I was going to get a two-up touring seat but ended up with a classic solo, a very nice passenger pillion and a riders back rest. This topic is very subjective.
