Welcome to the forum... this question has been beat so many times... try the search button above - get a cup of coffee or pot of coffee and sit back and learn... It is very hard for someone else to suggest to YOU on what seat will work best..
with that said... sit back and enjoy all the suggestions..
I'd say it depends on what your looking for. I have 2. I have I C&C that I use 90% of the time because I ride solo or short stints with the wife and I have a Sundowner that I use exclusively when riding 2 up with her for more the 50 miles or so.
If you feel like you need more room then look at a HD TallBoy seat or need to be closer look at a HD Reach seat. For 2up I brought a stock RG seat, much better than the SG stock seat. The seat I like best is my Corbin YoungGuns seat...it also has nice feature that it locks on your bike.
for my 08 streetglide, the stock seat looked cool on the showroom floor. as did the stock windshield. riding home 70 miles and i realized that both were designed to look cool, with no comfort for either item. i tried a sundowner and that thing pissed me off so much that if i'd been near a walmart i'd have gladly given it to someone and gone in to get a pillow to put on the frame. i'm 6' 4" tall and the sundowner was very annoying, the foam compressed within the first hour and a half. then i got a roadglide seat. ahhhhhh.......comfort with style. better passenger section too, and it does not look dorky like the sundowner did. the roadglide seat has a flatter platform and better support than the stock sg seat by far. it works great for me. be sure if yours is an 07 that you get a seat for the 07 or earlier, as the mounting system changed from 07 to a newer style in 08 and are not interchangeable from a practical standpoint. take a look at a roadglide and you'll understand why i suggest that seat.

That C&C fastback in your pic looks great. Thinking of that seat myself. I just don't like the look of a solo with the entire rear fender exposed.
