Yup, good idea . Like has been said , the 4 point mount system and other racks to go on it isn't cheap , but it does make for a more versatile ride. I may be bending me up some mounts for my RK soon. I have the QD set for the back rest , been wanting to do the QD Tour Pak too.

I have one on my bike (See Signature Pick) I'm saving up for my Harley tour pack and watching for deals. Currently a member of O'bama's 10 % so I have to watch my pennies right now.
Good one . Sad , but true dat . We are all going to be watching pennies soon enough behind all this mess.

I'm getting ready to do a luggage rack on my Ultra now after seeing my riding buds use theirs for duffels . Makes good use of the trunk deck, just be careful not to "over" load the rear .

I have the 4 point and the sissy bar which I made the dealer throw in when I purchased the bike. I told them the wife wouldn't ok the deal with out. And purchased te tour pack mount and the $100.00 aftermarket tour pack of e-bay.
So, I'm into mine for $279.00.

Now I am looking for a oem tour pack and it doesn't have to be a great one, I can do fiberglass and paint work (Not a Professional) But I do have a close freind in the fiberglass business, that could get me out of trouble if I needed.

None of use know what your finacial state is and maybe dropping 1.3 to 1.5k on what you want isn't a problem and if I could do it I would in a drop of a hat.

However, I am a member of O'Bama's 10% (Un-employed) and money is tight.

I noted you said your dealer os offering 25% Off, that usually dosn't apply on special orders.
Ahh, I got into my Tour Pak for a whole lot more than that . I too stayed on the net looking for "deals" on Tour Paks for my RK till I got tired of seeing them . Sadly , the only deals to be had were the ones that were completely trashed and needed several hours of glass/prep and paint work . Which adds up to $$$ , so they weren't deals after all . They seem to go for $500-800 , new from H-D dealer is around $750 + tax , w/out mounts . I did miss a mint Tour Pak for around $350 + shipping , but that still hurt .

So here is what I ended up with :

It turned into an Ultra Classic , wife is tickled sh!tless with it .

Once I get my RK dialed in with the QD TP and all the extras , this one may be back up for sale. Till then , we're ridin' . Good luck with the QD mounts and racks foxhd.

I'd go with a four point docking setup and get both!

Four point dock system

Looks like if everything went well you could get the entire system for $4-500.
You might check and see if you can get the 4-point dock at your dealer with the 25% off.......
Good luck
