It's made for the RKC. I really like it because it matches my bike style. I have an aftermarket lock system that I have not installed yet. What I really like is that you can actually make the straps usefull so that you can "overstuff" it a little bit.
I am watching a rack on ebay right now to add to the top to increase capacity.......I am a sheetmetal worker so I am going to work up some supports of some kind to reinforce the lid, already have some ideas on that.
I think it is cool looking and like the throwback look.
I put one on my wife's fatboy with a solo detachable rack. Good quality and roomy. Bought if through Zanotti's and saved quite a bit over the dealer price.
That's pretty cool. What is the part number? The HD site gas 25 pages when you search luggage rack.... I have a chrome rack that attaches to the passenger backrest and a Nelson Rigg pack but that looks pretty sweet.
I had one on my RK Custom for a while. It is a great pack. If you overstuff it, you can then strap a bag on top with out worrying about collapsing the leather pack. I used a piece of 'rubberized' shelf liner material between the pack and the bag to protect the leather.

Reason: spelling correction
I'm going with a smooth leather one, not the RKC style.
Sorry for asking, but what do you mean? I think mine is RKC style, same as in your picture. It only looks soft and leather. It's plastic and only covered with leather...

It's in the appearance. If you look at your sig pic yours has the RKC medallion on it and I think the basket weave pattern. The one is the pic is just smooth, not medallion or basket weave.
The part number is at the bottom of the pic when you enlarger it.
