Sorry about that, I should have explained myself further. I was qouting a guy who was complaining about his water cooled metric bike. Said he hated it while sitting at a stoplight, the fan would come on and blow hot air on him. I don't know anything about Harley's oil coolers. Don't have one, don't want one! Oil cooler that is! Love my harley
