I'm sitting here at work thinking about ordering led bulb replacements for my 2010 RG but can't remember if the bulbs are 1157 or not. Can someone let me know what number they are? I'd appreciate it.
I'm at work too, so I can't go to the garage and check. I've made 4-5 google searches and can't find the answer. Anyway, my reason for posting is this:
What bulbs are you going to buy? I have heard and seen great variances in the quality / brightness of LEDs (different brands/manufacturer) over the past few years. Just wondering which ones you are getting, as I am wanting to do the same to my bike.
They are technically 1157 bulbs.. thats the LED ones I went with. However the number on the actual bulbs are something totally different. The 3 auto parts stores I went to,.. had nothing on the part number that was on the actual bulbs.
I just bought the $9 Led bulbs from autozone... works great for me.
I can guarentee these babies are bright! Walk up the counter with them, and smack your autozone guy in the mouth with the package, because he is stupid.
