Unfortunately it was not on the bike. I just bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I figured we been together 3 years, lived together for 2. Im 36 and she's 29. Neither of us have kids or have been married; so I guess its time. Those things are EXPENSIVE. I could have bought her a nice Sportster for that money. I brought a jewelery professional with me (my Mom). I picked a center stone then a nice 18k white gold setting with diamonds. I dont know much about diamonds but my Mom made a big deal about the stones being an E and Si 1.

Never been an advocate of expensive jewelry.
Gives the rich something to brag about, while serving no real function.
Alls I can say is that I hope she is the type that appreciates it, rather than expects it.

Ha..My EX-girl was pushing for the ring hard. She almost had me. I was at the Jewlery store (with my mom) ready to break. Then I had a realization...we fight ALL the time, she complains whenever I spend some doe on my bike (since she didnt have a ring yet)..She was just a pain in the *** (even though she was smokin)..So i got rid of her and I felt like I just got paroled.
