Default HoT wire help

OK....Trying to finish up a project tonight..I need some power for a switch I am putting in for heated grips...turn signal or headlight will do....can anyone tell me what color is the headlight or turnsignal wire? I do not have a tester...the battery is not hooked up anyway...and I can't tell from the schematics which one is hot (all greek to me).
So if you can help maybe I can get thsi done this year.

Believe on your Road King there's a connector of some kind not being used in your head light nacelle.Some guys wire up their GPS units with it,don't know how much current you need for your grips,might pop a fuse.I know there's already an acc/aux sw. up next to your running light sw.It turns on a Deutch connector under your seat.I bought the power point pigtail cut the socket off and made harness that I ran up to the fairing for power.You've got 15 amps there already switched.If you don't want to go that route,open up your head light and should be able to see it.Looks like it might be orange and white hot and blk ground.You might want to get a meter and make sure though.Not sure if it will handle the current for your grips.

Thank you.
If I knew which wire was in the nacell, I would test that one.
I really like the idea of the Acc/Aux switch being at 15 amps...could you maybe tell me a little more about the harness?
So close now I can taste it!

The ACC plug under your seat that operates your switch is numbered from 1 to 4.
1 = 12V
2 = Brake light
3= ACC switch
4 = Ground
Hope this helps.

I'm not sure about other plugs I just know about the one under the seat that controls the ACC switch.
