Default Routing tender cable

I attached mine so that the wires go down and routed under the frame and into the side cover. Should I encounter any problems with this?

You shouldn't as long as it's not near the exhaust. I routed mine with the wiring harness and it comes out near the air fitting for rear shocks.

That's about it, make sure it's clear of anything or anything sharp it could rub against and cause a short. I have mine routed down the right side of the battery and sticking out the bottom of the side cover. It can be tucked away when not in use and easily plugged in when needed.

Curl it up and bring it out by the left front of the seat and tank. I do this because I use a heated vest on occasion. The plug in for the vest is usually in the front left pocket of the vest.

When not in use, there is a plate with a hole in it between the top of the rear cylinder and battery box. I put the cap on and tuck the end in there. Clean.

Mine comes out right under the seat. To take up the slack, i routed it thru the hole in the fender for the wiring harness around the frame and back thru... Its been that way since I put it on last year and havent had any problems.
