Default Using a map for a 103" on a 96".

I was out of town this past week and dropped in to the local HD dealer to ask for opinions about different options for the various fuel management systems/set-ups and was told by one of the parts guys that his buds that weren't planning on doing a lot of engine work were just doing slip-ons and a SE air cleaner and then using a 103" map. He said the bikes ran great and no messing with other aftermaket hardware. I did some looking but couldn't find any thing on this. Is anyone familiar? For background I have an 09 RKC with just V&H slip-ons. Thanks

For a pipe and a/c stage one it was pretty common a couple years ago to use the 103 download because the 96 was still too lean. Its much better than something like a fuel pack but no where near as good as a real tuner like the SERT/SEST/TTS

You really don't need anything map wise for that set-up...All a 103 map is going to do is dump gas down it's throat.

Right, might want to invest in a dyno run to see how lean it is!

Sorry. I should have stated that I was looking into this because I was looking at installing a hi-flow A/C.
