Im am retired timber grunt for the US Forest Service. I retired as a Timber Management Officer. Spent most of my 35 years in the great outdoors all the while fighting a wildfire here and there. That is how I ended up with a RK firefighter special edition. I have a made a second career teaching skills learned managing wildfires. I get a chance to travel a lot.

Former Army Ranger, then a field tech installing industrial lubrication systems on anything from textile equipment, food service equipment to heavy equipment in quarries.
Now I am the Organics Manager for an Environmental analytical chemistry lab which is a fancy way of saying I am a child care provider, equipment repair technician, production tech, and a emotional counselor (which is terrible for me since I have been elected the least sensitive person in the lab).
Sometimes I wish I had just stayed in the Ranger program....
If the opportunity ever opens I am applying to be a friggin park ranger to get away from the city and back in the outdoors.
