WOW.......more white collar than tradesman, blue collar guys on a Harley web forum. I find that a sign of changing times. 30 yrs ago all those white collars where looking down at the Harley riders.... greasy, dirty biker trash ? Did the internet change all that ? I don't think so.
what happened ?

Nah there's still less white collar. You gotta add up the trade and blue collar numbers.
While I may be white collar I definitely don't look down on any tradesman. I don't know why I would? Nor do any of my peers that I know of. I'm 33, maybe it's just a shift of later generations with more exposure to and acceptance of diversity.

I'm white collar and my father was a plumber so I would never look down on any tradesman.

I was more leaning towards the demographics of the people who ride now vs 30 yrs ago.
I was using the poll numbers as reference understanding they are not scientific. I don't remember a lot of white collar type folks riding years back, not on Harleys anyway. I remember them being more into cars. Not that I knew a lot of white collars when I was 22.

I'm 38 and I can't imagine not riding.
How can anyone not love riding?
