Default New exhaust vibration? Os Sensor?

Okay last year I had rinehart slip-ons, power comander III and my local dealer did a dyno for me. Bike has always ran great..
Last week I put on a rinehart 2 into 1 pipe. I like it a lot and it seems to run nice (in garage).
1st question is the os sensor holes in the new exhaust? If I'm running the power commander should the os holes just be plugged up? That is how they are now. Here is my second question: I just took the bike out and it seems to run great but I feel a vibration when I'm in the gas. It almost feels like a tire deal but it's in the motor. So I guess what I want to know is if I don't have the right map installed could this cause the motor to seem to have a vibration? Could a new exhaust just feel different then what I'm used to?
and if you could tell me about the os sensor hole deals?

Make sure the new pipe is tight at all mounting points and that it's not touching your right side floorboard. I don't use a PCIII but, as I understand it, you can plug the O2 ports.

Yea, if you don't have 02 sensors, leave the holes plugged.

You would need a re-tune after going from the harley pipes to a 2 into 1 pipe.

Take your time and check the pipe to be sure it's not hitting anything. I would think that is where your vibration would be coming from.

Make sure the muffler has enough room to move back and forth in the bracket under the saddle-bag.

I think you guys nailed my problem. When I was trying to slide the main muffler on I had a hard time getting it to go as far up as I would have liked. I even put some vasoline around the pipe so it would slide more. I finally got it on there far enough where the holes on the bracket under the sadle bag would line up but there is no play there at all. It is at the far end of the bracket not in the middle so it is like metal touching metal. Wow, I'm impressed with you guys. I wonder after taking the bike out and heating up the exhaust if I will be able to slide the muffler on there another inch or so? Thanks all you guys for the help
