I don't even care if you started swearing at them first, you are the customer and they should have treated you like gold. I personally would never use them just because of your experience. The day these idiots realize that their bread and butter is in the customers hands, then maybe they will wake up and start doing things right (for their next boss because they won't have a company). As was stated, they should have admitted their mistake even if it was an address mixup and just dealt with it. If you can't be nice, don't get in a business or get a front person to handle these things. If their not smart enough to do that then their not smart enough for me to deal with.

I am sure that there are a lot of people that have used them without a problem, unfortuantley I was not one of them. I did not swear at him at all, until he started to swear at me. He was screaming and not letting me get a word in edge wise, that is when i lost it. then tells me he will sue if i use the companies name on a forum?!? WHAT...i can and will relay my experience to anyone I want..that is the beauty of free speech. If I was praising his services, i;m sure he wouldnt have a problem..They are extremely unprofesional to the point that I am thinking about getting a new set of heads and cylinders, just so I dont have their product on my bike, cause I will never give them and advertisement when people ask "who did that"..Ill just say "i bought it like that"...they SUK

Don't tell anyone you bought it like that, use it as a "marketing tool" and tell them the truth!

I'm sorry for your pain, but rest assured, in this economy it's all about customer service, they will their's guaranteed. That's why I swear by fuelmoto, because of their customer service. You don't have to be perfect, nobody is, but if you screw up, admit it, and do what you can to make it right.

WOW! I wanted to get this done but was a bit leary of this company after they didn't answer an e-mail question I sent them. I realize that people are busy so I didn't push for an answer. NOW I'm sure I don't want to send my parts to them to get this done. I'll find someone else or learn to do it myself if I really want it.

George.

They are crossed off my list for sure. Too much $ for too little bling.
As said there are others out there who do the same thing.

I've seen the difference between their work and someone else's work and it was night and day.

When I did my build through GMR I had Steve send the stuff to Diamond, all I wanted was the regular cut...Steve called me a few weeks later saying that I owed him over $100 for the additional show cut that I called Diamond about and ordered...WTF I called who? Never called or spoke to them, let alone order a show cut behind Steves back .

Steve finally told them that he wasnt paying it, and I defiantely was not going to either. I think they just ate the cost.

I think at this point I would of flown out there and had a conversation with him face to face... sounds silly, but I would not of gotten talked to like that... and I agree I wanted this upgrade, but not so sure now!!!
